1 Age Requirement

You must be 21+ to use du81's services. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to access this platform. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, it will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2 One Person, One Account

Each player is allowed only one account. If more than one account is opened by the same person ("Duplicate Account"), bonus eligibility may be forfeited and one or both accounts may be closed.

3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information provided at registration — name, phone number, and payment details — must be complete and accurate. Registering with incorrect information may result in loss of bonuses and withdrawal rights.

4 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activities carried out on your account will be considered your responsibility.

5 Unauthorized Access

If you notice unauthorized access to your account or a leak of your login details, immediately notify [email protected] and contact our support team via Live Chat to help secure your password.

6 Account Suspension

If a breach of these terms is found, du81 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend / close the account without prior notice. If you believe such a suspension / closure is unjustified, you may appeal by contacting us at [email protected].

7 Deposit Methods

du81 supports the following payment methods—

• KBZPay
• Wave Money
• AYA Pay
• CB Pay
• Bank Transfer (KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, Yoma Bank, MAB Bank)

8 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals—

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time (standard): 5-30 minutes (MMT UTC+6:30)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• The deposit amount and withdrawal amount must match

9 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

Depositing using another person's payment account is prohibited. Deposits may only be made using the player's own payment methods. If a violation of this rule is found, du81 may carry out an investigation and restrict withdrawals until the funds are verified.

10 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at du81 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on the deposit amount — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount—

• Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks
• Example (2): Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum cap) → balance 620,000 Ks → wagering 200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

11 General Bonus Terms

• The games eligible for each bonus are determined by du81
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they can only be converted once the wagering requirement is met
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus amount may be removed from the account
• Bonus programs — VIP cashback, referral commission — are governed solely by the terms of their respective sections

12 VIP Cashback

du81's VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offer weekly cashback—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% of eligible play volume
• Silver — up to 0.4%
• Gold — up to 0.6%
• Platinum — up to 0.8%
• Diamond — up to 1.0%

VIP level advancement can be demonstrated by continuing to increase your play volume. Cashback is bonus funds and the standard wagering requirement applies.

13 Cheating and Software Exploitation

Using any software or technology — such as bots, macros, or scripts — to hack into du81's service, manipulate bonus amounts, or affect game results is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, your account will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

14 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk opposing bets ("arbitrage betting") solely to clear bonuses, or attempting to withdraw bonuses without completing verification — all of these violate du81's bonus policy.

15 Anti-Money Laundering

du81 takes anti-money laundering seriously. We may conduct payment verification checks on players, and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification period. Players may only play with funds from their own personal assets.

16 Website Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, code, and software displayed on the du81 website are owned by du81 or used with permission from third parties. Players are prohibited from copying, distributing, or downloading any of this content without prior authorization.

17 User-Submitted Content

Any advertisements, data, or content that players distribute through du81's services must be lawful and must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

18 Privacy Policy

22 Betting Decisions and Outcomes

All betting decisions are the player's own. The du81 platform involves the risk of loss, so players should only play with money they can afford to lose. Claims against du81 arising from losses are not covered under this agreement.

23 Linked Services

du81 is not responsible for the policies, breaches, or losses related to third-party services (payment systems, game providers) that may appear on the du81 website. Players should review those services' policies on their own.

24 Amendments and Notifications

du81 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. Players are considered responsible for checking this page every week. Continuing to play after any changes means you have agreed to the updated terms.
